## How the filter finder works

Every product it shows comes from Headline's own catalogue: the model, material, ports, drain and the maximum temperature and pressure Headline states for it. The finder keeps only the housings rated for your worst-case temperature and pressure, with your port, in a material suited to what is in the stream, and ranks the housing families for the job.

The element advice follows Headline's published guidance. Grades are rated by removal of 0.1 micron particles: Grade 40 above 99.9999 %, 50 above 99.99 %, 60 above 99.5 %, 70 above 95 % and 80 above 75 %. The standard epoxy binder and the PVDF binder are rated to 150 °C, and the silica binder to 500 °C. Adsorbents are matched to what they take out, and the finder warns when an adsorbent would also remove the gas you want to measure.

Two things it cannot settle on its own. Headline's catalogue does not say which element size fits each housing, so we match the size when we quote. Above 200 °C the pressure ratings fall, so we confirm the rating at your temperature with Headline. As Headline's exclusive representative in India, we check every selection before we quote.
