We do not ask you to create an account. ## How we use it To reply to you, prepare quotations, give technical advice and understand which pages lead to enquiries. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising. ## Where it goes Enquiries are stored by our website host, emailed to our team and may also be copied into our customer relationship management (CRM) system so that sales and support can follow up. The copy contains what you typed, your reference number and the attribution described above. The CRM provider acts on our behalf. Our website host's form service handles submissions and may process data on servers outside India. Our team can see what you submit. We do not share it with other companies except where we need a supplier's input to answer your enquiry, and we tell you when that applies. ## Visit analytics This website does not currently use a visit-analytics service. If that changes, this section will say which one, what it records and whether it needs your consent, before it starts. ## How we know which page helped you When you open this website we keep three things in your browser’s session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab: the first page you landed on, the website that sent you (or “direct”), any campaign tags in the link such as utm_source, and up to the last eight pages you viewed. None of this is sent anywhere while you browse. If you press Send on the enquiry form or the application data sheet, it travels with your enquiry so we can see which page helped you reach us and reply with the right information. ## What else this website stores in your browser The application data sheet saves a draft in your browser's local storage so you can come back to it. That draft stays on your device and is not sent to us until you press Send. Delete it with the "Clear my draft" button or by clearing your browser data. The Learn section can remember which lessons you have marked as read, also in your browser's local storage; it is never sent to us. This website sets no advertising cookies and uses no advertising trackers. ## Third-party services Page fonts are served from this site, so your browser does not contact Google or any other font service. Product photographs and diagrams are served from this site. Background photographs on the home page, where shown, are served from this site too. ## How long we keep it For as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any resulting order, and as the law requires. Ask us and we will delete it sooner where we can. ## Your choices You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, under the laws that apply to you, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
