Food and cold-chain gas streams are usually clean, dry-enough and close to atmospheric pressure, which is a friendly condition for an extractive analyser. The decisions are about range and resolution: an ultra-low-oxygen store needs fine resolution near the bottom of the scale, while a packaging line mostly needs a trustworthy trace-oxygen reading on the nitrogen supply.
Several ACCURRA-S models are supplied without an internal sample pump, so where the sample comes from a room or a tank at ambient pressure we confirm the sample path and add a pump where needed. Dissolved oxygen in liquids and oxygen left inside finished packs are different measurements and are not covered by these analysers.

ACCURRA-S 3030 reads oxygen and 6030 reads CO2. Ultra-low oxygen control needs fine resolution, so confirm the range and accuracy for your store, and allow for a sample pump on ambient sampling.
Can your analysers measure dissolved oxygen in beer or wine?
No. They are gas-phase analysers. They can check the CO2 or nitrogen blanket gas above the liquid.
