Service and support

The engineers who built it keep it running.

Commissioning, repairs, spares and calibration support for ACCURRA analysers, i-Cons conditioners and our sample systems, from the same Pune team that designed them.

What we do

From the first power-up to the last spare part.

Commissioning

Our engineers commission analysers and sample systems on site, in India and overseas, and hand over a working measurement to your team.

Repairs

Analysers and conditioners are repaired by the people who build them, so the fault is found by someone who knows the design.

Spares and consumables

Gas sensors, filter elements, peristaltic pump tubes, sample pump kits and Headline filter elements, matched to the instrument you run.

Calibration support

Advice on zero and span gases for each model, calibration intervals, and reading the calibration history your analyser already keeps.

System Health Management

After handover our focus stays on support and product health, so the measurement keeps doing its job for the life of the plant.

Application review

Process changed? Send us the new gas, range or sample conditions and we will check that the analyser and sampling still fit.

Built for service

The analyser tells you what it needs before it fails.

Maintenance is planned from data the instruments already record, not from guesswork.

  • ACCURRA analysers store calibration, alarm and fault records with time stamps, showing calibration drift and residual sensor life
  • i-Cons tracks the remaining life of filters, pump tubes and pump kits and prompts for replacement before they fail
  • Built-in hardware diagnostics test and simulate the electronics when something goes wrong
  • Modbus RTU over RS 485 brings status, health and history to your control system or PC
  • On ACCURRA-Hz, the optional ACCURRA-CONNECT software operates the analyser remotely, where movement in the hazardous area is restricted
Before we arrive

A ready site makes for a short commissioning visit.

Every product page lists its utilities and calibration gases under "On site". The usual checklist:

  • Power at the analyser point, and separate power for any heated hose and probe
  • Zero and span gases in 10 litre cylinders with regulators, for each measurement
  • Instrument air at the pressure the product page states, with a 1/2 inch connection near the tapping point for probe blowback
  • An air-conditioned, dust-free room for analysers and i-Cons conditioners
  • The sample point, process connection and cable routes installed and ready
