ACCURRA-S

The analyser we introduced in 2007 and keep improving. Trace, percentage and purity measurement of O₂, CO, CO₂ and CH₄, with moisture and dew point options. The dual-gas version measures two gases from one sample.

• Isolated dual-range 4–20 mA output with range ID relay, user-configurable over the full range
• Modbus RTU over RS 485; alarm set points as Lo–LoLo, Lo–Hi or Hi–HiHi
• Calibration check, calibration and alarm history, output hold during calibration

ACCURRA-TCD

A thermal conductivity analyser for binary gas mixtures, with a proprietary platinum sensor that needs no sealed reference and no reference gas flow.

ACCURRA-S 3090

Oxygen purity analyser using electrochemical or paramagnetic sensing, with ambient pressure and temperature compensation.

ACCURRA-Zr

Zirconia-based oxygen measurement, 0.1 to 21 %, for furnaces and boilers. The sensor sits outside the duct, protected from dust, flow and temperature swings.

i-Cons

Your sampling panel compressed into a compact 19-inch cabinet. A Peltier-based extractive system with the essential components built in and a controller that watches the whole sample path.

• Peltier cooler with PTFE heat exchanger; peristaltic pump with variable rate
• Built-in sample pump, condensate sensor, flow detector, auto-cal valves and fine filter
• Controls probe blowback, sample valves and heated hose; auto blowback on flow failure with pulsating blowback for effective cleaning
• Auto start-up sequence and auto shutdown on hardware failure
• Fail-safe fault relay; alarm and fault history; maintenance reminders for pump tube, filters and pump kit
• Modbus RTU over RS 485 for remote monitoring and remote calibration check

SGI-300 and SGI-320

A compact Peltier cooler with solid heat exchanger in PTFE, an integrated peristaltic pump, filter and condensate detector. SGI-320 packages the approach as an emission monitoring system.

• Relay output controls the sample pump from condensate and cooler temperature
• Less tubing and wiring, faster integration, smaller panel footprint

Engineered analyser panels

The probe, heated line, i-Cons conditioner and ACCURRA analyser, built into one free-standing IP 54 panel and handed over with two sets of as-built drawings and manuals.

• Bulkheads for sample, calibration, blowback, vent and drain; bottom cable entry
• 1/4 inch PTFE internal tubing with SS316 fittings; provision for one 19 inch analyser
• Exhaust fan or panel air conditioner, LED light, toughened-glass door

Sample probes SP-100 to SRP-400

• Separate sample and blowback lines; 1/2 inch blowback line for efficient cleaning
• Non-return valve in the sample line removes the need for a heated solenoid or air-operated valve
• SRP-400: no welding on the sample path, separate sample and bleed ports, pressure indication and orifice-controlled safe bleed
• Filter elements in SS 316, Hastelloy, Monel or PTFE; SP-300 on a 2 or 4 inch ANSI flange with a 10 micron sintered SS316 heated filter
• SRP-400 rated to 100 kg/cm2, with a non fly-off design and NACE compliance available

Vaporisers for cryogenic and wet samples

SV-400 vaporises condensed sample on the go for accurate wet analysis with no loss of sample. SV-200 suits cryogenic gas measurement and avoids condensation in the sample line.
