ACCURRA-S model M015

Online trace moisture and dew point analyser, minus 80 to plus 20 C

ACCURRA-S M015 measures trace moisture with a ceramic sensor, from minus 80 to plus 20 C dew point, with accuracy of plus or minus 2 C and repeatability of 1 C. It reads in dew point or ppm.

ACCURRA-S M015 moisture analyser
  • ISO 9001:2015, certified by TÜV
  • Designed and built in Pune since 2002
  • Supplied to Reliance, Tata Steel, Indian Oil, Linde and ISRO
Quick answer

ACCURRA-S M015 is an online trace moisture analyser with a ceramic sensor, reading minus 80 to plus 20 C dew point to plus or minus 2 C, or ppm. Check the calibration approach with Sarvesh before ordering, as field calibration of dew point is limited.

Key features

  • Reads in dew point or ppm
  • Dual-channel with 3015 trace oxygen in one enclosure
  • Alarm relays, 4-20 mA and Modbus like the rest of ACCURRA-S

How it works

Moisture is the hardest of the common impurities to measure at trace level, because water clings to surfaces and slows the reading. The ceramic sensor in M015 works across a very wide dew point range, and the sensor bypass valve isolates it during start-up, line purging or when the sample is much wetter than normal, so it recovers quickly.

Dew point is the natural unit for dry gases. Minus 60 C is roughly 10 ppm of water vapour at atmospheric pressure, and each 10 degrees lower is roughly three times drier.

Requirements and limits

  • Safe-area analyser.
  • Field calibration is not possible on M015; ask us how the sensor is checked and recalibrated.

Frequently asked questions

What is the range?

Minus 80 to plus 20 C dew point.

How fast is the response?

About 2 minutes dry to wet at 5 LPM.

Can I read oxygen and moisture together?

Yes, as the dual-channel 3015 plus M015.

Can I calibrate dew point on site?

No. Field calibration is not possible on M015; ask us how the sensor is checked and recalibrated.
