Key features
- Disposable inline filters and absorbers, emission filters, compressed air, gas, stainless steel, exotic material and analyser filters
- Guardian membrane separators and fast loop filters
- High pressure and natural gas filters
- Plastic filter housings, adsorption and dehydration filters
- Scrubber elements for removing specific gases
How it works
Analysers, valves and regulators fail when particles, liquid aerosols or oil reach them. A filter in the right place and of the right grade protects them. Particulate filters stop solids, coalescing filters merge fine liquid droplets so they drain away, and PTFE membrane filters block liquid water while passing gas.
Sarvesh has long specified Headline elements in its own sampling systems and is the original-manufacturer channel for them in India. If you already run Headline filters from another source, you can buy the original parts from us.
Selection guidance
Choose a particulate or glass microfibre element to protect an analyser inlet from dust and mist. Choose coalescing and membrane elements where liquid water or oil can reach the sample line, and adsorption elements to remove a specific gas before the analyser.
Applications
Application pages where this is part of the recommended solution:
- Nitrogen blanketing and inerting
- Closed-loop dryers and spray dryers
- Thermal oxidiser and scrubber efficiency
- Hydrogen purity
