Engineered analyser panels: probe, sample system and analyser as one

When the sample needs conditioning, we deliver the measurement as one engineered system: the probe, the heated line, the i-Cons conditioner and the ACCURRA analyser, mounted and piped in a free-standing panel and documented with as-built drawings.

Engineered analyser panels
  • ISO 9001:2015, certified by TÜV
  • Designed and built in Pune since 2002
  • Supplied to Reliance, Tata Steel, Indian Oil, Linde and ISRO
Quick answer

Sarvesh builds complete analyser panels: an SP-300 heated probe, a heated line, the i-Cons conditioner and an ACCURRA analyser in a free-standing IP 54 panel, supplied with two sets of as-built drawings and manuals.

Why Engineered analyser panels

One supplier, one responsibility

Probe, heated line, conditioner and analyser come from the same engineers, so the whole measurement is designed and supported as one.

Ready to connect

Bulkheads for sample, calibration, blowback, vent and drain, and bottom cable entry: the site connects utilities, not components.

Documented for your records

Every panel is supplied with two sets of as-built drawings and manuals.

Key features

  • Designed around your process data and our application data sheet
  • Analyser, conditioner, probe and heated line chosen and sized together
  • i-Cons controls the probe blowback and the heated line temperature, and stops the sample pump on condensate or a fault
  • Interconnecting 1/4 inch OD SS316 tubing between probe, panel and analyser available
  • Commissioning by Sarvesh engineers in India and overseas

How it works

Most analyser faults start upstream of the analyser, in the probe, the line or the conditioning. Buying those parts from different suppliers leaves no one responsible for the whole measurement. An engineered panel puts the probe, heated line, conditioner and analyser under one design and one supplier.

A typical extractive system for hot, wet stack or process gas has an SP-300 heated probe with blowback at the tapping point, a heated line that keeps the sample above its dew point, and a panel with the i-Cons conditioner and the ACCURRA analyser. i-Cons cools and dries the sample, runs the blowback, controls the heated line and reports health and maintenance data over Modbus.

Requirements and limits

  • i-Cons is not suitable for samples containing HCl, HF, H2S or other highly corrosive, toxic or flammable gases, and suits samples with SO2, NOx and CO below 1000 ppm.
  • Panels are for safe areas; for classified areas we propose ACCURRA-Hz with its own sampling.

Selection guidance

Choose an engineered panel when the sample is hot, wet or dusty, when several components have to work together, or when you want one supplier responsible for the measurement. For a clean, dry sample at 2 to 10 psig, an ACCURRA-S analyser on its own is usually enough.

Frequently asked questions

What is in an analyser panel?

Typically an ACCURRA analyser, the i-Cons conditioner, an SP-300 heated probe, a heated line and calibration gases, built into a free-standing IP 54 panel.

What do we provide on site?

Power for the panel, separate power for the heated hose and probe, instrument air at 6 bar near the tapping point, and an air-conditioned, dust-free room.

Do you supply drawings?

Yes, two sets of as-built drawings and manuals with every panel.

Can the panel take a dual-gas analyser?

Yes. The panel has provision for one 19 inch analyser, single or dual gas.
