In an ACCURRA model number the first two digits are the gas and the last two the range: 30 is oxygen (electrochemical), 31 oxygen (paramagnetic), 20 CO, 60 CO2, 40 methane, 10 hydrogen; 15 is ppm, 30 percent and 90 purity. So 3015 is trace oxygen.
Gas codes: the first two digits
| Code | Gas | Analyser |
|---|---|---|
| 10 | Hydrogen | ACCURRA-TCD and ACCURRA-Hz, thermal conductivity |
| 20 | Carbon monoxide | Electrochemical (ppm) or NDIR (percent) |
| 30 | Oxygen, electrochemical | Trace, percent and purity |
| 31 | Oxygen, paramagnetic | Percent and purity |
| 40 | Methane | NDIR |
| 60 | Carbon dioxide | NDIR |
| 71 | Helium | ACCURRA-TCD |
| 72 | Argon | ACCURRA-TCD |
| 73 | Nitrogen | ACCURRA-TCD |
| 75 | Nitrous oxide | ACCURRA-TCD |
| M0 | Moisture and dew point | Ceramic sensor, M015 |

Range codes: the last two digits
| Code | Range | Models |
|---|---|---|
| 15 | Trace, in ppm | 3015, 2015, 6015, M015 |
| 30 | Percent | 3030, 3130, 2030, 4030, 6030, 1030, 7130, 7230, 7330, 7530 |

The full ordering code
| Position | Options | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| First component | Four-digit model, for example 3015 | ACCURRA-TCD codes start ACCURRA-S-TCD |
| Second component | Four-digit model, or XXXX for none | Dual-gas units carry two models |
| Auto-calibration | X none; E relay output only; S internal solenoid valves | Not available on 3015 and M015; dual-gas units use relay outputs |
| Relay 4 | R range ID; P internal sample pump; O relay for an external pump | No internal pump on 3015, M015, 3130, 3190 or dual-gas units |
| Power | A: AC supply | ACCURRA-Hz also offers D: 24 V DC |
| ACCURRA-Hz only | ACCURRA-CONNECT software: X none; C included | Remote operation over Modbus |
Key features
- 3015 plus M015: trace oxygen with dew point in one enclosure
- 3030 plus 6030: percent oxygen with percent CO2, as used on fermenter off-gas
- 3190: paramagnetic oxygen purity, 95 to 100 %, compensated
- ACCURRA-S-TCD-1030: hydrogen by thermal conductivity, 0 to 100 %
How it works
The model number is the shortest way to say what an analyser measures. The two-digit gas code and two-digit range code are the same across ACCURRA-S, ACCURRA-TCD and ACCURRA-Hz, so a 3015 is a trace oxygen measurement whichever enclosure it sits in.
The ordering code builds on the model number. It lists up to two measurements, then the options that change the hardware: whether calibration valves are supplied or driven by relay, what relay 4 does, and the power supply. Our datasheets give the full table for each family, and a quote always states the complete code.
Requirements and limits
- Not every combination of models and options is available; the datasheet notes for each family apply.
- Final selection is confirmed by Sarvesh against your process, sample and area classification.
Selection guidance
Start from the gas and the range you need, find the model in the tables above, then choose the options. If you are not sure, send us the process details or use the analyser selector, and we will propose the complete ordering code.

What does 3015 mean?
Gas code 30, oxygen with an electrochemical sensor, and range code 15, trace ppm: 0 to 1000 ppm oxygen.
What is the difference between 30 and 31?
30 is oxygen with an electrochemical sensor; 31 is oxygen with a paramagnetic sensor.
How do I order a dual-gas analyser?
Give both four-digit models in the ordering code, for example 3015 and M015 for trace oxygen with dew point.
Where is the full ordering table?
In the gas analysers datasheets on our downloads page, and in every quotation.
