Online gas analysers: find yours by gas, technology or application.
Sarvesh builds online process gas analysers in Pune: oxygen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, methane, hydrogen, helium, argon, nitrogen, moisture, flue gas and hazardous-area models, with the sample handling to match.

How to choose an online gas analyser
Start with the gas and the range. Trace and percent oxygen, CO, CO2, methane and moisture are ACCURRA-S measurements, each with a sensor matched to its range. Hydrogen, helium and argon in a known binary mixture are thermal conductivity measurements on ACCURRA-TCD. Percent oxygen in a flue duct is an in-situ zirconia measurement on ACCURRA-Zr.
Then look at the sample. ACCURRA-S expects a non-corrosive, non-toxic, non-flammable, dry sample at 2 to 10 psig and about 1 LPM. Hot, wet or dusty samples need a probe and a conditioner, such as SP-300 and i-Cons, and flammable or toxic gas is reviewed case by case. Classified areas need ACCURRA-Hz or INFINITY-Tx.
Finally, send us the details. Our enquiry checklist is the same as our internal pre-order design inputs sheet: gas, range, background, sample temperature, pressure and dew point, dust, area classification, distance to the analyser and the outputs you need.
Tell us the gas, the range and the process.
An applications engineer will recommend the analyser, range and sampling, and will tell you if another method suits your process better.
