Dew point analyser for compressed air and instrument air (ISO 8573)

Compressed-air quality standards set a pressure dew point class; continuous monitoring catches dryer failure. Sarvesh supplies ACCURRA-S M015, built in Pune, with sampling matched to the stream.

  • ISO 9001:2015, certified by TÜV
  • Designed and built in Pune since 2002
  • Supplied to Reliance, Tata Steel, Indian Oil, Linde and ISRO
Quick answer

Use ACCURRA-S M015 (-80 to +20 C). Compressed-air quality standards set a pressure dew point class; continuous monitoring catches dryer failure. M015 is supplied without a pump and has no auto-calibration; fits a pressurised line.

The measurement and why it matters

Compressed-air quality standards set a pressure dew point class; continuous monitoring catches dryer failure. This application matches the catalogue specification directly.

Industrial gas producers, distributors and users all buy and sell on a purity figure. A reading taken continuously, at the point where gas changes hands or enters a process, lets a plant release a batch with confidence instead of waiting for a laboratory result.

Most gas-handling streams are clean, dry and pressurised, which suits the ACCURRA-S sample specification. The points to settle are usually the sample path (vaporised, regulated and vented safely) and whether the stream is a binary mixture, which is the condition for ACCURRA-TCD.

Typical buyers in India: pharma, food, automotive, electronics plants; dryer OEMs. Where this matches your plant, send us the gas, range, pressure and temperature at the tapping point and we will confirm the analyser and sample path.

What the analyser reads here

Gases of interest: H2O dew point. Analyser fit: ACCURRA-S M015 (-80 to +20 C).

The table above lists each model with its range; where a row says to confirm the range, we check it against the datasheet for your application before quoting.

What to settle before ordering

M015 is supplied without a pump and has no auto-calibration; fits a pressurised line.

We would rather confirm these points at the start than discover them at commissioning, so please include them with your process details.

Sampling and installation

  • Every ACCURRA-S has an internal fine filter and rotameter. Regulate sample pressure and flow externally; the catalogue recommends about 1 LPM and a sample pressure of 2 to 10 psig.
  • Models 3015, M015, 3130 and 3190 are supplied without an internal sample pump. Tell us the sample pressure and we will confirm the sample path or add a pump.
  • Models 3015 and M015 have no auto-calibration, so plan a calibration routine with the right reference gas.
  • Keep sample lines short, clean and dry, and vent the sample somewhere safe.

ACCURRA-S sample specification: non-corrosive, non-toxic, non-flammable, non-condensing and dry, free from entrained oil; sample pressure 2 to 10 psig, regulated externally; flow about 1 LPM; dust below 3 micron. Where your sample differs, we design conditioning around it.
