I need to measure
Trace, percent and purity on one 19-inch platform. Two gases can share one enclosure.
Measures inside the classified area, in a flameproof enclosure. Calibrate without opening the covers.
Percent oxygen or trace CO, measured and transmitted at the sample point.

Cools the sample to 5 °C, with drain pump, fine filter and condensate sensor built in.
The reading is only as good as the sample that reaches the sensor.
Most analyser trouble starts upstream of the analyser. We design and build every stage of the path, so there is one team to call.
Extract a representative sample
Sample probes in SS316, Inconel and ceramic, with a separate blowback line and heated filters for tarry gas. The retractable SRP-400 lets you service the probe under process pressure, without a shutdown.
Cool, dry and supervise the sample
i-Cons puts the pump, Peltier cooler, filter, condensate and flow sensors, blowback and heated-line control in one cabinet, and warns before a fault becomes a wrong reading. Vaporisers handle cryogenic and wet samples.
Protect the analyser
We are the exclusive Indian representative of Headline Filters, UK: particulate, coalescing and PTFE membrane elements and housings, up to 700 bar and 500 °C, to keep dust, liquid and oil away from analysers, valves and regulators.
Measure with the right method
ACCURRA-S for oxygen, CO, CO₂, methane and moisture. ACCURRA-TCD for hydrogen, helium and argon, with no reference gas. ACCURRA-Hz and INFINITY-Tx for hazardous areas, and ACCURRA-Zr in the flue duct.
Deliver data you can trust
Isolated, user-ranged 4–20 mA outputs, failsafe alarm relays, Modbus RTU and stored calibration and alarm history, so the reading reaches your control system with a record of how it was made.
