A dual-gas ACCURRA-S measures percent CO2 (model 6030) and methane (model 4030) by NDIR in one enclosure, with independent outputs. It suits biogas and process gas, where wet or H2S-bearing samples need a conditioning review.
Specifications
| Item | Specification | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| CO2 | 0 to 20 % or 0 to 100 % | NDIR, model 6030 |
| CH4 | 0 to 100 % (min 0 to 5 %) | NDIR, model 4030 |
| Independence | Own electronics, outputs, relays and Modbus ID per channel |

Key features
- Independent electronics, microcontroller, 4-20 mA, relays and Modbus ID per sensor
- Common pneumatics and one fine filter
- Calibration history and password protection
How it works
Methane and carbon dioxide make up nearly all of biogas, and their ratio shows digester health and upgrading performance. One enclosure reads both on one sample.
Biogas is wet, flammable and may carry hydrogen sulphide, so we review the sample specification and area classification for each project.
Requirements and limits
- Safe-area analyser; the standard sample specification applies.

What sensors?
NDIR for both gases.
Is it suitable for H2S-bearing biogas?
H2S needs a conditioning review; send the composition.
Do I get separate outputs?
Yes, independent 4-20 mA and Modbus ID per channel.
What range for upgraded gas?
0 to 100 percent methane.
