How it works
Oxygen and moisture are the two signs of air getting into a dry inert gas, and they usually rise together. Reading both gives a faster diagnosis of a leak than either alone.
The pharma note recommends this pairing for lyophiliser back-fill gas and the catalogue lists O2 ppm with dew point in N2, H2, Ar and He. The sensor bypass valve isolates both sensors during start-up and purging.
