A dual-gas ACCURRA-S measures ppm CO (0 to 1000 ppm, model 2015) and ppm CO2 (0 to 5000 ppm, model 6015) in nitrogen, argon and helium, for gas purity checks and certification, with independent outputs for each channel.
Specifications
| Item | Specification | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| CO | 0 to 1000 ppm | Electrochemical, model 2015 |
| CO2 | 0 to 5000 ppm | NDIR, model 6015 |
| Independence | Own electronics, outputs, relays and Modbus ID per channel |

Key features
- Independent electronics, microcontroller, 4-20 mA, relays and Modbus ID per sensor
- Common pneumatics and one fine filter
- Calibration history and password protection
How it works
Carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide are common impurities in inert gases and in gases made from combustion or fermentation sources. Purity grades set limits for both, so they are checked together at the filling manifold.
One enclosure reads both in ppm from the same sample, with independent outputs.
Both channels have long calibration intervals and keep their own calibration history. The sample should be dry and free of oil, and span gases for CO and CO2 are used to calibrate each channel across its range.
Requirements and limits
- Safe-area analyser; the standard sample specification applies.

What ranges?
CO 0 to 1000 ppm, CO2 0 to 5000 ppm.
Which backgrounds?
Nitrogen, argon and helium.
What sensors?
Electrochemical for CO and NDIR for CO2.
Does it need a reference gas?
Not for the measurement; calibrate with span gas.
