The analyser inside your equipment, made in India.
Furnaces, nitrogen and oxygen generators, gas mixers, air dryers, electrolysers and process skids all need a gas reading their customers can trust. ACCURRA analysers are designed and built by Sarvesh in Pune, configured from a published ordering code, and wired to the outputs your control system already uses.
Less to engineer, less to stock, less to explain to your customer.
One code, one configuration
Every ACCURRA-S and ACCURRA-Hz is specified by a published ordering code: gas, range, second channel, pump, auto-calibration and power. Your drawing and your purchase order quote the same code, so every repeat unit matches the first.
Speaks your control system
Isolated 4-20 mA scaled to any part of the range, Modbus RTU over RS 485, and failsafe alarm relays set as Lo-LoLo, Lo-Hi or Hi-HiHi. Your PLC reads the value, the status and the alarms without an interface card.
Two gases, one enclosure
ACCURRA-S carries two different sensors in series, each with its own electronics, output, relays and Modbus ID. Oxygen and dew point, or methane and CO2, take one panel cut-out and one line on your bill of materials.
Fewer consumables for your customer
ACCURRA-TCD needs no reference gas, so your design drops a cylinder and a regulator. Paramagnetic oxygen models have no consumable sensor. Calibration and alarm history are stored in the analyser for audits.
The whole sample path
Probes, filters, coolers, the i-Cons conditioner and the SV-200 vaporiser come from the same supplier as the analyser, with Headline Filters supplied through Sarvesh. One supplier answers for the reading, from the tapping point to the output.
Designed and made in India
Developed by our own R&D team and built at our Talwade factory since 2002, under a quality system certified to ISO 9001:2015 by TÜV. An Indian-made analyser adds Indian-made content to the equipment you sell.
What you build, and the analyser that goes in it.
Each row links to the application note your engineers can use to check the measurement point and the sample path.

| Compressed air dryers | Pressure dew point | M015 | Compressed air dew point |
| CA stores and ripening rooms | Oxygen and CO2 in the room | 3030 + 6030 | CA fruit stores |
| Glove boxes and isolators | Oxygen ppm and dew point | 3015 + M015 | Glove boxes |
| Hydrogen electrolysers | Hydrogen in oxygen, oxygen in hydrogen | ACCURRA-TCD, ACCURRA-Hz | Electrolyser gas |
| Dryer, reactor and solvent skids in classified areas | Oxygen in the inert gas | ACCURRA-Hz, INFINITY-Tx | Blanketing and inerting |
| Biogas upgrading skids and gas gensets | Methane and CO2 | 4030 + 6030 | Biogas and CBG |
Building something not on this list? Send the gas, the range and the conditions at the tapping point. Bespoke applications are where we start every project.

| Relays | Two independent failsafe alarm relays, set as Lo-LoLo, Lo-Hi or Hi-HiHi; relays for fault, sample pump, range ID or calibration valves, by model | |
| Calibration | Calibration check facility; optional cyclic and remote auto-calibration; output freeze or follow during calibration | Calibration without opening the covers, tamper-proof; optional auto-calibration through external valves |
| Records | Calibration history with deviation values, alarm and fault history; password-protected set-up | |
| Sample | Dry, oil-free, non-condensing; 2 to 10 psig, about 1 LPM (0.6 LPM for ACCURRA-TCD), dust below 3 micron. Where your sample differs, we design the conditioning around it. | |
From your specification to the units on your line.
1. Your specification
Send the equipment, the gas, the range, the sample conditions and the number of units you expect to build. A data sheet or a drawing is enough to start.
2. Application review
An applications engineer checks the measurement point and the sample path, then fixes the model, range and options as one ordering code.
3. Your first build
The first unit is built, tested and calibrated at our Talwade factory to documented procedures, and fitted into your prototype or first machine.
4. Repeat units
Later units are built to the same ordering code and configuration, so the analyser in your hundredth machine behaves like the one in your first.
5. Your customer's plant
Our support line, spares and calibration advice stay available to you for the installed base, from our office in Pune.
